Code of Conduct
The organizers reserve the right, in their reasonable discretion and in compliance with applicable
federal, state, and local laws, including the New York City Human Rights Law and New York
State Human Rights Law, to refuse, deny, suspend, or revoke participation, registration,
nomination, or attendance at any time for any individual or entity whose conduct:
• Is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate
• Violates applicable laws or venue policies
• Is materially inconsistent with the integrity, objectives, or intended experience of the
Awards
• Interferes with the safety, rights, or experience of other participants
All determinations will be made in a non-discriminatory manner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, such actions may be taken without refund. However,
nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is prohibited by
applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Awards Participation & Submissions
By submitting a nomination or participating in the Awards, you:
• Represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not
misleading
• Confirm that you have the right to submit the nomination and any associated materials
• Grant the organizers the right to review, evaluate, and use submitted materials for judging
and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing
The organizers reserve the right to:
• Disqualify any submission that does not meet eligibility criteria or violates these Terms
• Modify award categories, judging criteria, or event programming as necessary
• Decline or rescind awards if information is later found to be inaccurate or inconsistent
with the Awards’ standards
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with participation in
the Global Social Impact AwardsTM, including but not limited to event changes, cancellations, or
participation decisions.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, or participating in the Global Social Impact AwardsTM, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions.
